What happens when we hit an automation limit?

Runs pause until the month resets or you add a seat. Team and Business grow their run allowance with every editor seat, so a growing team rarely hits it.

How does the AI pool work?

It is metered in real model cost, one pool per workspace, sized as a base plus an amount per seat. The product shows percent remaining and a rough number of turns, never raw dollars. Paid plans can add prepaid top-ups; nothing bills silently.

Is there a card on the free plan?

No. There is no card and no trial clock. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.

Can we export everything?

Yes, on every plan. Any database exports to CSV and files download as they are.

What does annual billing change?

About 20% off the seat price. Team goes from $10 to $8 a seat, Business from $22 to $18. Enterprise is priced per contract.
