Before you pay.

Who counts as an editor seat?
Owners, admins, builders and members: anyone who can change the structure of the workspace. Operators, viewers and external guests work inside what was built and are free on every plan, with no cap on how many.
What happens when we hit an automation limit?
Runs pause until the month resets or you add a seat. Team and Business grow their run allowance with every editor seat, so a growing team rarely hits it.
How do AI credits work?
One credit is $0.001 of what the AI model actually costs us, with no markup. Credits are pooled per workspace: 2,000 per editor on Team and 6,000 on Business, plus 50 for each operator or viewer, and they reset every month. No single run or person can drain the pool. Past 100%, the fast model keeps working on a small daily allowance, and paid plans can add 10,000 credits for $15; nothing bills silently.
Is there a card on the free plan?
No. There is no card and no trial clock. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.
Can we export everything?
Yes, on every plan. Any database exports to CSV and files download as they are.
What does annual billing change?
About 20% off the seat price. Team goes from $10 to $8 a seat, Business from $22 to $18. Enterprise is priced per contract.
