Request account deletion
Email support@snoze.dev from the email address associated with your Snoze account. Use the subject Snoze account deletion request and include the name of your workspace, if you know it.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. If you own a workspace with other members, we will ask whether you want to transfer ownership or delete the workspace. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account-deletion request is completed, Snoze deletes:
- your account profile and Snoze authentication linkage;
- personal settings, preferences and integration connections associated only with your account; and
- workspace content that you control when you also request deletion of that workspace.
Content in a workspace controlled by an organization or another owner may remain with that workspace. The workspace owner or administrator controls that content and may need to handle your request.
What may be retained
Deletion from the active Service does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately. Copies may remain until the applicable backup retention ends; the period depends on the storage system and configured backup cycle, and we do not promise a fixed 90-day deadline. We may retain limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records for longer when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete content you control directly in Snoze. You may also emailsupport@snoze.dev to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account. Tell us which data you want deleted and we will explain any verification or retention requirements that apply.
Snoze does not store a copy of your mailbox, so there is no email copy to delete. Disconnecting an email account in Settings stops Snoze's access to it; it does not delete the mailbox at your email provider or email content already saved in Snoze, such as workspace events, automation runs or AI conversations. Revoke Snoze's grant in your provider's permissions if you want to withdraw the provider authorization as well.
Deleting your sign-in identity alone is not a substitute for a completed Snoze data-deletion request. Include any workspace content you want removed in your request so we can confirm the scope and any retained copies.
